My buddy Clarence, asked me a couple of weeks ago if he could find a good watch for under $500.
If you are looking at something previosuly owned, that are quite a few watches availble for that money but if you want something new, I think that is a very short list.
Over the next few posts, I will be adding watches that I think are a good deal for that money and if you have a recommendation or favorite to add to that list, I hope you will share your comments.
Tissot T-Touch Navigator 300 – Less than $300
Like its more famous and expensive T-Touch brothersm the T-Touch Navigator has a funky touch screen. In this case you get the time zones of 150 countries or cities through touching the activated tactile crystal
It has an Anti-magnetic brushed & polished Stainless Steel coin edged case and most come with Grey Leather Straps with orange stitching and have a brushed stainless steel bezel with Black Embossed Functions.
Some of the functions which of the watch are Chronograph functions (split and add time), countdown timer, two separate alarms programmable over seven days with a choice of five melodies, and three different date reading options shown in 6 languages, Analog & Digital display, Digital Date & Seconds, Perpetual calendar until 2099, Automatic adjustment to winter and summer time (which I am not sure if this works in Australia)
It has a Anti-Reflective, Scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, Swiss Quartz Movement with battery end-of-life indicator and is Water-resistant to 50 meters/165 feet.
