Always liked the look of Panerai’s but have not bought one yet.

My interest in them was piqued yet again when Craig said he wanted to buy one this trip to Singapore. Looked at a couple of places but as you would expect there are not as common as Rolex or Omega on the previously owned market.

We had almost settled on buying one we had seen earlier that day when we passed Brightime watches which is also known as Championtime – on the way back to the car in The Bencoolen.

Panerai 104

It was the exact model Craig was looking for. This was a  2005, PAM104. Unlike most Panerai’s it was an automatic and not manual wind. Spoke to Ryan the sales man who served us and managed to get what we think is a decent price of about $4600. It comes with complete box and papers and spare original straps.

I have passed by and looked at watches at Brightime perhaps a hundred times over the years but have never bought anything from them. I have always found their prices to be a bit on the high side so I was glad that we finally had the chance to break the ice.
